When do I use this?

EURUSD shows spread 0.8 pts in green → normal spread, safe to trade.

Full Description
The Spread Monitor displays the current spread in real-time and tracks statistics over time.
**Why monitor spread?**
Our own research shows it again and again: strategies rarely die at the entry — they die on costs. In one of our studies an entire setup flipped from profitable to negative on the real spread alone. Rule of thumb from our research: if the spread eats more than ~10–15% of your stop distance (1R), skip the trade. Especially in the first minutes after a session open and before news, spreads can reach 5–10x normal — exactly when most intraday setups trigger.
